Dear Sharon,
This letter has been long coming. Something I've been
wanting to do for a long time.
The following words describe someone who has become a
special friend in my life.
Love is nurturing what is alive in another person. What
is vital in each of us is vibrant and extraordinary. It may
even, according to the conventions of our individual thinking,
seem inappropriate or strange. But love recognizes expressiveness
in all its myriad forms and knows that it is this vividness
in each individual is the spark of the divine.
Sharon believes we should always search for what is unique
in the people we meet and the people we love and resist the
temptation to shape it according to our own personal instincts,
precepts, or desires; instead we should do everything we can
to foster its fulfillment, to invite it to expand.
Sharon just brings out the best in people!
I'm blessed to have her as a friend. I'm very grateful
to have her as my client also!
Respectfully,
Walter Allan
How can I explain Sharon McGee except that she is my "American
Idol" in so many ways. Sharon has given me inner strength,
courage, and confidence within my self that I could have never
found without her. I was extremely grateful to be invited
to her new Enrichment Series course in which I was finally
able to see Sharon in action and was she awesome. She makes
you think about your true inner self and how to turn negativity
into something totally positive. You end up leaving her class
with a smile on your face and a driven feeling of working
towards your goals from personal to professional. She absolutely
gives you that positive support that everyone needs in there
life.
I have been blessed to be a part of Sharon's life and
with her support and encouragement I know I will definitely
succeed but the best part is that I have gained a mentor,
a friend and an "American Idol".
Sincerely,
Sonya Howard

Sharon has a unique ability to captivate audiences. People
immediately get her messages because they are compelling,
entertaining and easy-to-understand. If you want your audience
to remember a presenter and her messages, Sharon is the person
for you.

Dear Sharon,
I only hope that I can adequately express the impact
you've had on our team. We had hit an impasse, a glass ceiling
and although we desired to grow; we did not know how. You
were able to connect with each member of our team and bring
us together with a common mission and desire to help one another
reach their own potential. Our company has a renewed passion
and commitment. Sharon, it really is impossible to describe
the impact you've had on each of us; you've given us a renewed
focus. Your concern for each of us has changed the way we
approach our jobs, our clients and each other. We sincerely
owe the next stage of our growth to you!
With heartfelt appreciation!

To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Lee Croney and I am manager of the duplication
department of Edit Access in Hollister, Missouri (an A/V production
and duplication facility). Though in operation for ten years,
our company recently reached a critical crossroad of rapid
growth and no idea how to get to the "next level."
We needed professional help to show us the optimal path for
our future.
Enter Sharon McGee of R.M. Mechanical in Austin, Texas.
She has proven her ability to lead a company to success with
her own operation; now she is using her wisdom and knowledge
to further the success of other companies. Sharon came to
us a couple of months ago, armed with the tools and information
we needed to equip our company for future growth and success.
I've heard many people speak and seen my share of slideshow
presentations, but I can honestly say that Sharon gave us
one of the best and most professional presentations I have
seen. She knows her subject inside and out, and communicates
with crystal clarity.
The best part of her visit was not her presentation, but
her personality. She has a warmth and genuine caring concern
that is a rarity in today's competitive business environment.
She is genuinely interested in our success and has demonstrated
this with followup communication since she was here.
If your business has reached a crossroad or lost steam
and needs a revitalizing "shot in the arm" or guidance
to reach the "next level," then Sharon's expertise
will give you the tools you need. I highly recommend her service.
Sincerely,
~ Lee Croney

It is with great confidence and enthusiasm that I recommend
Sharon McGee and her various employee development programs
to you and your organization. In my position as Executive
Director of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Cedar Park, Texas,
I have personally attended three of her sessions and retained
her to teach and lead several other staff and leadership groups.
Sharon's courses are not only relevant to our daily jobs,
but they extend beyond the logical to touch the heart in a
way that produces tangible and meaningful change. Her sessions
on the "Top 10 Mistakes Leaders Make" and "Conflict
Resolution" have been particularly beneficial to our
organization as they not only focus on best practices but
also lead us to examine ourselves, our intentions and our
motives.
You will find Sharon's insatiable positive attitude contagious
and her programs will breathe new life into your organization.
Sincerely,
Kyle Montgomery
Executive Director

I am personally honored to recommend Sharon McGee's "Top
Ten" leadership training class to anyone interested in
honing the leadership skills of their staff. I had the pleasure
of attending two very different leadership seminars conducted
by Sharon. Sharon graciously came to our "Elders Retreat"
for the first seminar. Her talent for getting your attention
and incorporating her message is captivating. Sharon spoke
with down to earth logic using Biblical truths and applied
them to today's leadership issues. Her talk was both engaging
and intentional by providing relevent tools for our ministry.
The second class I attended was a leadership class for
all the spiritual leaders of our congregation. Sharon has
a unique ability to customize the subject to fit a broader
spectrum of leaders. As in the Elder's class, her emphasis
on Biblical truths was applied.
Upon completion of Sharon's class one is equipped to apply
the new skills that are invaluable in growing one's ministry.
I pray that Sharon's presentation will bless your ministry
leaders as it has ours.
Should you need more information please feel free to contact
me.
God's Blessings to You

"Dear Sharon,
What a privilege and a pleasure to meet you. I had so much
fun on the first trip up and then throughout the whole week.
I want to tell you that the day that Ken spoke and you came
down, grabbed my arm, and told me that I could do that was
a day that changed my life. Not only is that a huge compliment
for me, but that is what I want to do. I had your card mounted
and framed because it is very significant to me and where
my life is headed now. I hope that you made it home safely
and that you too are fired up about the new directions your
company will and most certainly expand. I do hope to keep
in touch with you for you are one of the most personable people
I have ever met. I hope to be that engaging with a bunch of
strangers someday."

"Howdy Sharon,
It was truly a pleasure being a part of class. Not only was
it very informative, but enjoyable as well. The topics you discussed
with us will be of benefit on the job, and more importantly
in my marriage. I do need to work on "Affirmation."
With the Lord's help and guidance, I will be a better husband,
father, and person. I really enjoyed how the author showed the
importance of having a "spiritual" relationship with
our Lord and Savior. Thank you for letting us know how important
the Lord is in your life, both professionally and spiritually.
I do hope that we will continue to stay in contact beyond this
block of instruction. From one Texan to another (although not
originally from Texas), I wish you and your family an outstanding,
God blessed weekend. Take care of yourself and I hope to see
you in the near future. Thanks for taking time out of your family's
vacation to spend time with us. We were truly blessed by your
presence! Until next time."

"Sharon McGee's class was truly life altering!"
"Ms. Sharon McGee is a very energetic orator and very
knowledgeable; she is the real energizer bunny and her enthusiasm
and care was beyond comprehension."
"I have reviewed the evaluations from your leadership
class and was actually moved to tears by some of the comments
from your students. These students recognized more than just
your hard work - they acknowledged your commitment and passion
for your message. When students describe a course as "life
altering," you have touched their heart and mind. Congratulations
to you both."

It was the PERFECT wrap to a great day!!! As I knew it
would be! And I know that on a professional and personal level,
you gave so many in the room just the pick-up/reminders they
needed. (Myself included!!!)
Evaluations are great! Only 5's for you - which is Excellent.
And they loved, loved the wine & cheese wrap session!

"Hi Sharon,
I wanted to take the time to share with you how much I
enjoyed the TEEX/OSHA 510 class that you taught in Baton Rouge,
La. Coming into the class, I expected to struggle with the
lack of excitement in learning CFR material, but that was
far from the case. The format of the material and your presentation
were anything but boring. Your knowledge of the regulations
and own experiences are very impressive. As a person, (not
just as a woman) you have accomplished so much and continue
to be involved in all that life has to offer you. The many
things that mean so much to you are what make you the wonderful
person you are. From your community involvement, the passion
for your own company & employees, the strong desire to
help others in industry keep their people safe, to your commitment
to family & Christ shine like the sun through your personality!
Thanks again, my friend!

"I had the best time in this class. I was nervous about
coming into learning about safety, but Sharon made it a blast!
I learned so much in the course and I will come back anytime
to further my education in safety or construction. Sharon made
this class the best for everyone. No one missed a class because
of her enthusiasm. She has opened up our eyes to many things.
She has networked for us and invited us all to other classes
and organizations in the construction field and other things.
This was a great week."

"Just a note to say thank you for the fun filled class
that I attended. You are a super person in all that you are
a part of. Doing things for your community and your employees
is what life is all about. Thanks for being a friend and a Christian
for all you stand for and do. I hope to be in another school
with you in the future. Again, thanks for the memories. In addition,
I completed the OSHA 500 with Eric Stephan where I learned many
new ways to instruct our employees. However, he is not the Energizer
Bunny. Thanks for the memories."

"Hello Sharon,
Hope your doing well. We thank you for your teachings and your
patience. I hope I did not talk too much during our class; I
was just trying to show the guys how to incorporate what we
were learning to what we do everyday. Your passion shows in
your teaching and the way you approach a class. In talking to
all the guys on the various jobsites on Monday, the opinions
were unanimous. You were a big hit! We try to teach and show
our people the correct way to approach all the different safety
issues. They all said they learned a lot and really enjoyed
the session. Look forward to working with you in the future.
Thanks again."

"Sharon,
I must say I really enjoyed attending your class. I was highly
impressed with your ability to take a dry subject matter and
add humor and personal life experiences to make the class interact
with each other. You inspire me to obtain my CSHO certification
and improve my company's safety program as a result. I hope
I will get the opportunity to attend one of your classes in
the future or attend a class with you. On a personal note, please
convey to your family that they are very lucky to have you in
their life. Based on the week I spent with you and listening
to the stories you told, you appear to be an awesome mother,
wife, and woman. Good luck to you and keep spreading your message
of safety in the wonderful way that you do."
Jesse L. Kennis II
"Sharon,
You are definitely motivating! As you know, the material in
these classes can get a bit slow, but you make it interesting,
keep people awake, and most of all act like you care if we
succeed. Thanks for everything."
