Sharon, My Hero
When I think of the word Hero, I think of someone who performs
selfless acts, someone who answers calls for help, and someone
who puts other’s needs ahead of their own.
This is the perfect label to give Sharon McGee. She has helped
each and every one of us, in one way or another. She possesses
the hero-like qualities of inspiration, trustworthiness, selflessness,
and compassion.
I have seen her be a mentor, a best friend, a mother figure,
and a champion to all of us.
She may not (always) wear a red cape, but she will always
